To participate in Connecticut's Citizens' Election Program, my campaign must meet two key requirements:​

1. Raise $6,700 in small-dollar donations​​

• Anyone from any town or any state may contribute. All contributions must be between $5 and $340.​

2. Collect 150 local contributions

• I must receive 150 individual contributions from residents of Plainville, Southington, or Farmington. Each contribution must be between $5 and $340.​​​

​

Adults (18 and older) may contribute a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $340.

Youth (ages 12-17) may contribute between $5 and $30.
